As President of Momentum Leadership, Kim Cochrane brings her energy and enthusiasm to supporting individuals and organizations in their pursuit of professional, corporate and personal success.
Kim’s success as a coach comes from her ability to be present and listen to her clients, without pushing her own agenda. She spent 10 years as a manager in the financial services sector and ten years as a change management and organizational development consultant in a wide variety of sectors. Her experience in the areas of corporate management, sales, marketing, communications and training & development, informs her work, allowing her to assist her clients and to achieve a successful outcome.
With a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching (2008) from Royal Roads University, and an M.A. in Leadership at Royal Roads University (in progress), Kim works with individuals and groups at all organizational levels. Her clients include executives, managers, and employees within the private and public sectors.
Kim is an active member of the International Coach Federation, as well as a member of the Toronto Chapter of the International Coach Federation. She also acts as an advocate, educating various business disciplines about the many positive advantages of working with a professional coach.
