We are open and approachable; we know where you’ve been and we want to help you make the best of your future. We’ve had the privilege of working with a wide variety of individuals and groups -- dynamic individuals and organizations that have come to us with varying and unique situations. We enjoy each of our clients and feel fortunate to have an opportunity to work with them.

As professional coaches, we acknowledge and honour our ethical obligations to our coaching clients and colleagues and to the public at large. We pledge to comply with ICF Standards of Ethical Conduct, to treat people with dignity as free and equal human beings, and to model these standards with those who we coach. If we breach this Pledge of Ethics or any ICF Standards of Ethical Conduct, we agree that the ICF in its sole discretion may hold us accountable for so doing.
